We’re looking for a Sr. Director (or Director) to play a key role on our Paid Media team, focusing on defining and delivering innovative measurement approaches across all agency clients, particularly in a cookieless world. The position will evolve our analytics tech stack by identifying and integrating new partners, while collaborating closely with Product, Media, and Data teams to develop cutting-edge tools. Success requires a deep understanding of the ad tech landscape and the ability to lead the charge in adopting emerging measurement solutions.
In short, we’re looking for subject matter expert and thought leader that will help drive our approach and processes around data enablement, measurement, and future-proofing media. The right person will come from an Ad Tech or Marketing Analytics background with a strong technical understanding of the ad tech space. This is not a Data Engineering role, but some acumen with Datorama or other BI tools and SQL will be useful.
This role can be fully remote or hybrid, working out of offices in Washington DC, New York, Chicago, Denver, or San Francisco. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Set and measure agency-wide benchmarks for quality, accuracy, and performance across ad delivery. Consistently evaluate targeting and measurement partners, and make recommendations for improvement
- Improve our marketing analytics tech stack, including reach and frequency measurement, viewability partners, audience onboarding, measurement planning, and data enablement
- Maintain our Datorama infrastructure, keeping our paid media reporting tools up-to-date and accurate
- Create and maintain both internal optimization dashboards and executive client dashboards
- Implement analytics + tracking tools to support program measurement
- Drive advanced analytics (e.g. MTA) theory and implementation
- Work with Media Planners, Buyers, and the Insights team to automate and streamline data-related tasks
- Develop training plans for a team of marketing analysts
- Stay abreast of industry trends and help define future roadmaps for our offerings
Desired Skills And Experience
- 6-15 years of marketing analytics experience with a media agency or ad tech company with a focus on data enablement and thought leadership around ad tech
- A principled, generalist, and technical understanding of the ad tech space, including data metrics, technologies, business concepts and measurement/analytics vendors. You’re excited to geek out on identity graphs and clean rooms, have directly worked with log level data, and have a strong perspective on the future of R/F tracking in a cookieless world
- A proven track record of building reports and dashboards that change behavior and drive business outcomes
- Experience in Datorama or other similar BI tools
- Intellectually curious with a strong sense of data intuition and critical thinking. You think in first principles and are able to spot a discrepancy in a data set from a mile away
- A product-focused mindset. After you’ve done a task for the first time, you can articulate a plan to scale and systematize it across a team

The target base salary range for this role is $125,000- $180,000, with an annual discretionary bonus and generous benefits. Estimated starting base salary will be based on level of experience.
