Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, focusing on Marketing Leadership, Content Creation, and Program Management. In our entrepreneurial setting, this role requires a proactive individual who is both strategic and hands-on, capable of conceiving and delivering marketing efforts that align with our business objectives.
This role is critical in storytelling for the organization, leveraging customer insights to create compelling messaging, both promotional and educational. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and marketing strategist, with an aptitude for audience engagement, content creation and management.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Marketing Leadership
- Conduct a comprehensive audit of current marketing programs and recommend a new omnichannel strategy encompassing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), email campaigns, website content, and video marketing.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Ninja Selling’s diverse products and services, ensuring alignment with company goals and target audience needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Content Creation
- Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content tailored to various stages of the marketing funnel, effectively matching Ninja Selling’s products to appropriate target segments.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.
- Program Management
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing programs and campaigns from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to manage resources effectively.
- Implement processes to streamline marketing operations and enhance efficiency.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Arts, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus messaging strategy and content development. Expertise in storytelling on digital, social media and video platforms. Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Ability to write persuasive promotional copy that addresses customer pain points. Certified in StoryBrand framework or willing to adopt style.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience managing social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including design, content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics.
- Fluency with project management, content management and social media management tools such as Monday, Trello, Sprout Social, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in an entrepreneurial or small-team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry or coaching/training services is a plus.
