ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Jen began recruiting in 2003, after 7 years in Account Management with advertising agencies in New York and San Francisco. Her early work in digital marketing for healthcare clients such as GSK and Johnson & Johnson ultimately shaped her recruiting focus. She converted colleagues to clients based on her passion for these disciplines.
Jen was the top producer and co-led the recruiting team at a successful digital search firm. In this role, she hired and trained several first-time recruiters and brought in many of the firm’s clients. In 2010, she launched Nadexa Group, named after her two daughters Nadia and Alexa. The name was insurance against having a third child, though the business quickly became one!
Jen is drawn to recruiting because she loves working with business leaders to assemble the teams that help them grow. She is a marketer, interviewer and storyteller, and uses these skills to engage talent. A relentless cheerleader for entrepreneurs and side hustles, Jen regularly profiles business owners on her blog and socials and produced a 10-episode podcast called Small Business Speaks.
Jen lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with her husband and daughters and enjoys running, cycling and skiing whenever she can.
