With 15 years of experience at advertising agencies in NYC and San Francisco, Jen was an account manager for major pharmaceutical and technology brands before she discovered her true calling as a recruiter in 2004.
Jen describes herself as an advocate for inspiring people and companies. In a future life, she’ll come back as Katie Couric but until then she finds meeting new people and telling their stories to be deeply satisfying.
In addition to a recruiter, Jen is a mom, triathlete, and discerning connoisseur of all things wine & chocolate.

Mary Ann began her career in account management 13 years ago. She spent a short time working in promotional advertising then moved on to Pharmaceuticals. She has held roles at large and small agencies in NYC; working on a wide range of traditional and digital tactics. She has always had a passion for mentoring colleagues concerning their career paths and has joined the Nadexa Group to expand on this passion and help place the right candidates in their ‘perfect’ role.
Mary Ann is originally from Connecticut and now lives on Long Island with her family. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, training for marathons and traveling to different baseball stadiums to cheer for the NY Mets (so far Chicago’s Wrigley Field is her favorite!).
